June 25 2008: Text about REFRESH button of browser added on index page, because Safari (on my Mac) reads from memory so I can’t see the changes I’ve made if not refreshing, = downloading again. Could be other browsers do this also.
December 26/28, books are printed, edit index page plus photo on More Stuff page.
February 11 2009, the books arrived late January and due to flu + pneumonia everything was delayed a bit. Placed photos of the pallets with books, one opened box and a book itself.
Updated the ‘more stuff’ page how to pay in continental Europe ex UK and added the email address where to order the book in the USA.
